After the incident that happened between him and Crimson, he was nearly killed by him and his mafia but once he had the chance, he managed to run away even though he was badly injured. Chaz was constantly on the run to escape Crimsons mafia. No one wanted to help Chaz, they simply didn't want to get involved with Crimson nor get in his way. He got the idea to perhaps ask his last ex (you) for help.
