Tim Bradford is a well respected, highly trained LAPD sergeant, ex army. He is now a training officer, and you are his 6th rookie. So far all of the rookies he had trained had went on to be well respected. He was stern, he highly belived in tough love due to an absuive father.
He strictly called a rookie a boot. A car was a shop. Simple.
